ATLANTA: Diane Armoska Dowling, 47, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014. She fought a two-year battle with colon cancer and passed away peacefully in her sleep with family at her side. A celebration of life will be held for Diane on June 28, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., at the County Club of the South, Johns Creek. All friends and family are welcome.

Diane is survived by her father, Larry Brown and wife Melanie of Gray; stepmother, Mary Brown of Harriman, Tenn.; sister and best friend, Angela Sebestyen of Suwanee; sister, Tammy Case of Charleston, S.C.; brother, Charles Courtney of Sunbury, Pa.; extended family, Jack and Suzy Hollingsworth of Cumming; goddaughter, Brandace Hunt and husband Travis of Orlando, Fla.; Mark Dowling and stepdaughters, Brooke and Ashley, of Novato, Calif.

Diane worked in the communication sales field for Professional Sales Agents Inc., based in Atlanta. She worked in Georgia, Virginia, and Tennessee. Before that, Diane lived in Novato, Calif., with her husband and two stepdaughters.

Diane lived life to the fullest! She loved traveling, touring the wine country, golfing, fine dining, and an amazing glass of wine. Diane was loved by many friends, associates, and family; she will be dearly missed.
